Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don't know what my Registration Key is. Can you help?

A: Sure we can! If you know your email address that you used to make the order or the Order Number (sometimes called Transaction Number) which you received in the email from Paypal or Google Checkout, just type it below and we'll look up your key automatically. Otherwise, send us an email and we'll be happy to look it up ourselves.

Q: When I try to run Bingo Card Creator it says that Java is not installed. What can I do to fix this?

A: You can click here to open up a new window and download Java. The onscreen prompts will walk you through the entire process. You only have to do this once.

Q: I can print out bingo cards fine the first time, but if I close the program and try to print out the same list again I get the exact same cards. Is something wrong?

A: You are using the trial version of our software. The trial version allows you to print a limited number of unique cards for any given word list. This is so you can see whether our software is right for you. If it is, please upgrade to our full version. If you have already purchased a license to our full version, you need to enter the registration key you received to unlock your software. You can do this by clicking "Enter Registration Key" from the "Purchase Now" menu on the main screen, or from the button which appears on the splash screen when you start and exit the program. If you didn't receive a registration key but should have, we're very sorry! Just send us an email mentioning any information we have on file (your name, email address, etc) and we will look your key up in our records and send it to you.
Q: My words come out in different sizes!
A: This happens when you attempt to fit too much onto one sheet of paper. For example, if you choose a large bingo board (e.g. 7x7), or many bingo boards (e.g. 4 on a page), or use very long words (e.g. Massachusetts), or some combination of these, and try to fit all of that onto a standard 8.5x11 sheet of paper, something has to give. Our program will do its best to shrink the words without cutting them, because it would be unforgivable if a student came to think that the capitol of Illinois was Springfie.
