  1. Subscriptions and Trials: Bingo Card Creator is a subscription-based service offering monthly, 6-month, and 12-month plans. We also provide a one-week paid trial, available only on the monthly plan.
  2. Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, users must cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
  3. Refund Policy: We offer a 5-day refund policy from the start of a paid subscription or trial. To be eligible for a refund, users must request it within this 5-day period after their first payment on a plan.
  4. Refund Eligibility: Users are eligible for a refund if they encounter issues with the software that prevent them from creating or playing online with the cards. Please note that refunds are not available for users who have successfully created cards.
  5. No Refund for Renewals: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for renewals. To avoid being charged for renewal, users must pause or cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
  6. Full Refund: If a refund request is approved, we provide a full refund of the amount paid.
  7. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page within 5 days from the start of your subscription or trial.
  8. Refund Timeframe: After we receive your refund request and it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
