I can’t find my account

If you're having trouble logging in or can't remember which email address you used to sign up, don't worry — this is a common issue. Here are several ways to find your account.

1. You signed up with "Sign in with Apple" (Hide My Email)

This is the most common reason people can't find their account. When you sign up using Apple's Sign in with Apple feature, Apple can generate a random private relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.apple.com) that hides your real email from us. You won't recognise this address, and you may not realise it was used.

The easiest fix: Go to our login page and click Sign in with Apple again using the device you signed up with. Apple will automatically log you back into the same account — no email address needed.

Alternatively, you can find the relay email address Apple created for you:

  • iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > [your name] > Sign In & Security > Hide My Email. Find Bingo Card Creator in the list to see the relay address used.
  • Mac: Go to System Settings > [your name] > Sign In & Security > Hide My Email.

You can then use that relay address with our magic link login or use the Sign in with Apple button.

2. You signed up with Google

If you signed up using Sign in with Google, you may have used a different Google account than you expect (e.g. a work account instead of a personal one).

Fix: Go to our login page and click Sign in with Google. If you have multiple Google accounts, try each one.

3. You used a different email address

If you signed up with an email address, you may have used a different one than you're trying now (e.g. a work email instead of a personal one).

Fix: Try our magic link login with each email address you might have used. If the email is linked to an account, you'll receive a login link.

4. Search your email for messages from us

Search all your email inboxes for "Bingo Card Creator". We send a welcome email when you sign up and a subscription confirmation when you subscribe. The inbox where you find these messages is the one linked to your account.

5. When privacy settings make it harder

If you used Hide My Email (Apple) combined with a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay for payment, both your email address and payment details are hidden from us by these privacy features. This means we may have no way to identify your account on our end.

In this case, the best approach is to use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google directly from our login page. These providers will reconnect you to your original account even when we can't look it up manually.

6. Still stuck? Contact us

If none of the above works, get in touch with us and include any email addresses you may have used. We'll do our best to track down your account.
